The IT team within Business Services is an embedded and integral part of the business providing operational, strategic and customer-focused IT services. These services include project management, solution delivery, service management, and infrastructure & operations management. These services are provided through a combination of in-house resources and external service providers. Reporting to the Business Intelligence Lead (BI), the BI Design Specialist has responsibility to architect, design, and assure BI software, systems, and solutions that best meet business requirements and align with overall business and IT strategies. The role is regarded as the subject matter expert for Ervia in Business Intelligence – reporting, analytics, dashboards, data discovery, data visualization, data warehousing and data management.

HSQE Analyst - Gas Networks Ireland

The Health, Safety, Quality, Environment (HSQE) function within GNI is responsible for focusing on all aspects of risk management, safety policy and monitoring and internal and external quality assurance and compliance across all areas of the business, including PAS55, ISO, safety training and the Safety Case. The HSQE Delivery Team within HSQE is responsible for delivering the HSQE site inspection programme for Construction Projects and Planned Maintenance. The HSQE Delivery team deliver the HSQE performance measurement across GNI and provide reporting and analysis to support the HSQE management system owners in developing strategies for continuous improvement. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager this position will provide the reporting function for HSQE measurement and performance. The position will also contribute to maintaining existing IT systems and processes and developing and improving new systems within HSQE and consolidating the various data gathering systems.

Gas Safety Framework Manager - Gas Networks Ireland

The Health, Safety, Quality, Environment (HSQE) function within Gas Networks Ireland is responsible for all aspects of risk management, safety/ integrity policy and monitoring and internal and external quality assurance and compliance across all areas of the business. The Gas Safety Framework Team within HSQE manage and maintain the Safety Cases within Gas Networks Ireland (GNI). This is to ensure that the risk is managed to a level that is as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP). Reporting to the Head of HSQE, the Gas Safety Framework Manager will be responsible for the management of both the Gas Safety Framework and Risk Management Frameworks within GNI. The successful candidate will work closely with regulatory authorities and the business to ensure that GNIs legislative and license requirements in relation to gas safety in multiple jurisdictions are fully met. They will also be responsible for managing and enhancing the current Risk Management Framework and embedding risk management within the business’s practices and processes in a way that is relevant, effective and efficient. They will manage a team of technical personnel.
