Capital Projects Engineer

The Facilities function within the Business Service Centre is responsible for the obtaining and maintaining of Ervia HQ’s and Regional offices, including activities such as ; Security, Reception Services, Spatial Planning, Fleet Management, Cleaning and building maintenance. Facilities will provide these services to all of Ervia organisations including; Gas Networks Ireland, Group and Irish Water, ensuring a consistent and effective facilities service is provided. Reporting to the Facilities Capital Projects Manager the successful candidate will work and oversee the delivery of Capital Projects across the Ervia Organisation. The purpose of this role is to deliver a highly effective Capital Projects Management Service to Ervia from conception through to completion. This will require providing an efficient service and that key relationships both internally and externally are maximised, while working to achieve Ervia and the Business Unit drivers and objectives. The role shall also be responsible for the provision of support and advice on the procurement of Services, ensuring the department adheres to Ervia policies and procedures and Purchasing processes.

Commercial Analyst

Reporting to the Commercial and Contracts Manager, the main purpose of the role is to provide commercial support to the Project team on a day-to-day basis by providing timely and accurate commercial data and information to the Commercial Contracts Manager, Project Manager, Finance team and the wider project team. The role will involve collecting and analysing commercial data and information in order to estimate and control costs associated with current and future projects. Provide commercial support to assist the effective commercial management and decision making for Projects.

Chief Executive Officer

Reporting to the Board, the CEO will lead the organisation in the ongoing development, delivery and communication of Ervia’s strategic agenda, including the separation of Irish Water by 2023 and the transition to a low carbon energy system. Through leadership of the Ervia Executive Team, s/he will be responsible for defining, planning, managing, directing, coordinating and controlling the overall operations of Ervia. Sustainability/Energy Engineer

The Sustainability/Energy Engineer will also be responsible for supporting the development of sustainability and energy related policies, standards and targets for Business Services and for reviewing performance.

BI Design Specialist

The IT team within Business Services is an embedded and integral part of the business providing operational, strategic and customer-focused IT services. These services include project management, solution delivery, service management, and infrastructure & operations management. These services are provided through a combination of in-house resources and external service providers. Reporting to the Business Intelligence Lead (BI), the BI Design Specialist has responsibility to architect, design, and assure BI software, systems, and solutions that best meet business requirements and align with overall business and IT strategies. The role is regarded as the subject matter expert for Ervia in Business Intelligence – reporting, analytics, dashboards, data discovery, data visualization, data warehousing and data management.
