Ervia and its subsidiaries Irish Water and Gas Networks Ireland are utility companies and are governed by the EU Utilities Directive 2004/17/EC. This directive outlines the process to be followed when procuring Goods or Services greater than €418k and Works greater than €5.225m. The guidelines in the EU Directive are incorporated into Ervia procurement policies and the policies also include guidelines for procuring Goods, Services and Works below the thresholds outlined above.
The Procurement Process
All above threshold competitions for Ervia (including Irish Water or Gas Networks Ireland) are advertised on E-tenders. Follow the steps below to submit your company’s response to a competition.
Register with Ervia
To be able to access the Ervia Tender documentation a Tenderer must register with Ervia Oracle sourcing. A Supplier only needs to register once. To register visit the Supplier Self Registration platform.
Once registered you will receive an automated e-mail with your login name and password. It is important that you protect you login details.
Expression of Interest
When you see a competition of interest advertised on E-tenders, send an expression of interest e-mail with the competition reference number to Tenders@ervia.ie You will later receive an e-mail confirming your inclusion in the competition.
Access tender documentation
You can access the tender documents through the Ervia Oracle Portal and use your registration details, received in Step 2, to log-in to Oracle sourcing. The tender documents will provide instructions, tender timelines and evaluation criteria.
Submitting Tender Response
