Talent Acquisition Manager

Reporting to the HR Transaction Services Manager, the Talent Acquisition Manager will direct a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure business capability is maintained and delivery of business objectives are achieved through timely and suitable appointment of both permanent and temporary resources. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the internal and external recruitment for Ervia whilst driving a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. They will develop key relationships with Senior Management, HR People Partners and the wider HR Community to understand talent acquisition needs. They will oversee the provision of key recruitment KPIs and identify areas of development across the recruitment lifecycle.

Statutory Planning Specialist

The Role: The delivery of projects requires the relevant consents and permissions to be obtained under the Planning and Development Act and related national and European legislation. Reporting to the Planning and Compliance Manager, the Statutory Planning Specialist will work with internal and external personnel to manage pre- and post-Planning consent activities to achieve business objectives. IT Architecture & Strategy Lead

The Gas Networks IT Department provides IT services and support to the wider Gas Networks Ireland business. The IT Strategy and Business Partnering team are responsible for the management and oversight of the operational performance of IT, as well as ensuring that the IT strategic vision and roadmap for IT is aligned with the strategic objectives and priorities of the Gas Networks Ireland Business. Reporting to the IT Strategy and Business Partnering Manager, the IT Architecture and Strategy Lead will have responsibility for the IT Strategy and Architecture within Gas Networks Ireland IT. This role will require close engagement with the Gas Networks Ireland IT Business Partners, the Gas Networks Ireland Business and colleagues within Ervia Business Services and Group centre. The successful candidate will be expected to own the definition and execution of key IT strategies (some of which will include Cloud, Digital, Mobility, Data, End User Computing and Operational Technology), and to ensure these strategies support key Gas Networks Ireland business objectives and strategy.
