Capital Projects Engineer

Reporting to the Facilities Capital Projects Manager the successful candidate will work and oversee the delivery of Capital Projects across the Ervia Organisation. The purpose of this role is to deliver a highly effective Capital Projects Management Service to Ervia from conception through to completion. This will require providing an efficient service and that key relationships both internally and externally are maximised, while working to achieve Ervia and the Business Unit drivers and objectives. The role shall also be responsible for the provision of support and advice on the procurement of Services, ensuring the department adheres to Ervia policies and procedures and Purchasing processes.

Project Delivery Lead

The Project Delivery team within the Change & Transformation team are responsible for delivering and maintaining a project delivery capability to enable the delivery of strategic transformation and change programmes across the organisation and to meet the needs of the Business Units, Group and Business Services. Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager, the Project Delivery Lead will have responsibility for the management of a project portfolio and the end to end delivery of projects within the portfolio. The project portfolio will be a sub-set of the wider C&T Portfolio, which includes all business projects across the organisation. This role requires strong project management and team/people management skills.

Project Quality Assurance Lead

The Portfolio and Resourcing team has responsibility for the delivery of portfolio planning, resource management, benefits realisation and project assurance services across the Business Units, Group and Business Services. Reporting to the Portfolio and Resourcing Manager, the Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for the design and deployment of an end-to-end best practice quality management process including quality planning, quality assurance, quality control and continuous improvement including the development of tools, templates and techniques. This role will collaborate across the Change and Transformation team and with key stakeholders to proactively embed and deploy robust quality assurance practices to the Portfolio of projects. This role will play a key role in improving delivery confidence through the routine review/audit of key documentation, leading out project gate reviews and ensuring appropriate governance in place and effective throughout the project lifecycle.

Construction Insurance Specialist

Reporting to the Ervia Insurance Placement Manager, the Construction Insurance Specialist will oversee the execution of the Group Owner Controlled Insurance Programme (OCIP). Take the lead in providing analyses on project and/or construction related contracts from an insurance perspective and inform the various business units of resulting insurance implications. Support/innovative insurance solutions to all business units on construction projects and provide technical specialist knowledge on construction insurance. Support the Insurance Placement Manager with the renewal, procurement and day to day operation of Ervia’s insurance programmes.

The Communications Manager - Water Supply Project, Eastern and Midlands Region will manage all external and internal project-related communications for Water Supply Project Eastern and Midlands Region. The successful candidate will develop and oversee the implementation of the Communications strategy for the Water Supply Project Eastern and Midlands Region.
