Contracts Execution Coordinator

The Procurement function within the Ervia Shared Service Centre is responsible for the procurement of direct categories such as IT and Facilities, procurement operations and contracts compliance. Procurement will provide these services to all of Ervia’s organisations including; Gas Networks Ireland and Irish Water, ensuring a consistent and efficient procurement approach is utilised. Reporting to the Contracts Team Lead, the Contracts Execution Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a portfolio of contracts that have gone through the tendering process are validated for accuracy, approved and correctly executed by the appropriate authorities in line with PD/02 and PD/03 policies.

Project Support Administrator

The Projects Support Administrator will provide administration assistance to the project managers to implement and execute the project controls including payment processing, document management, planning, status reporting, issue/risk management, change management and finance tracking/forecasting. The role is an integral part of the team, ensuring best in class information management and reporting through the Project Management Information System. The role will also provide administrative support to the Projects Portfolio and Project Services team as required, including the Project Communications team, in compiling inputs to various reports, presentations and other outputs.

Category Management Specialist – Network Assets

The Category Management Specialist - Network Assets provides support for relevant category spend across Ervia and for supporting category saving targets. Governance and Commercial Compliance Analyst

The Finance function within Irish Water ensures effective financial management of the organisation and provides the expertise, services and information to support the business in achieving its required business outcomes, including supporting the financial and information requirements of the Ervia Group. Reporting to the Governance & Commercial Compliance Business Partner the Analyst will act as a support for the Governance & Commercial Compliance Business Partner in the management of the operational performance of Finance between the Business Unit and Business Services. The Governance & Commercial Compliance Business Analyst will help support and cultivate strong relationships, provide a deep understanding of the Business to ensure the correct processes and controls are embedded in the organisation to deliver the required Finance expertise to drive Business performance and deliver a Finance agenda that closely supports the overall aims of the organisation.

Internal Auditor

The Internal Audit function within Ervia assists the Board and management in achieving corporate goals by providing an independent, professional and objective assessment of the quality of internal controls within the Group. The Internal Audit function brings a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluating and improving the effectiveness of corporate governance, risk management process and internal controls. Irish Water has a Service Level Agreement with each Local Authority, which sets out the framework for the services to be provided to Irish Water by the Local Authority, and provides for the relationship and interactions between Irish Water and the Local Authority with respect to the services. The Internal Audit function is seeking an Internal Auditor to perform a programme of audits of the SLAs and will report into the Group Head of Internal Audit. The role will involve travel to Local Authority offices to perform fieldwork.

Planning and Compliance Manager

This Planning and Compliance Manager within Major Projects will have the responsibility for Planning across a number of Major Infrastructure Projects. The delivery of projects requires the relevant consents and permissions to be obtained under the Planning and Development Act and related national and European legislation. The Planning and Compliance Manager, will work with the relevant Programme Manager, Project Managers and Environmental Lead to manage pre- and post-Planning consent activities to achieve business objectives. A key part of this role will be responsibility for building relationships both with external stakeholders such as An Bord Pleanála and within the business through coordination of activity with other planning, legal and environmental functions within Irish Water and Gas Networks Ireland.
